Frequently Asked Questions
An Odoo project runs in four stages: an audit of your current processes and tools, scoping of the modules and perimeter, implementation with data migration and integrations, then training and post go-live support. You keep a single point of contact throughout, and each stage is validated with your business teams before moving on.
An Odoo implementation typically takes between 6 weeks and 6 months depending on scope. A one or two module rollout (sales, inventory) goes live in a few weeks. A full ERP project with e-commerce, manufacturing and historical data migration takes several months. We always split projects into phases so value is delivered before the whole scope is finished.
No, and it is rarely a good idea. We always migrate active data — customers, products, stock, price lists, open orders — and agree with you on a cut-off date for history. Older records can be archived or kept read-only for accounting and tax obligations, without weighing down your new ERP or importing yesterday's errors into it.
Yes. We connect Odoo to your PrestaShop, Shopify and WooCommerce stores, to payment providers (SystemPay, Lyra, Alma), carriers, accounting software and marketing tools. Depending on the case we use an off-the-shelf connector, Odoo's native API, or a custom module built by our team, along with the data synchronisation and workflow automation that goes with it.
We train both your end users and your administrators on your own data, in role-based workshops rather than generic sessions. Documentation stays available inside Odoo after the project ends. Once you are live, we remain available for support, configuration adjustments and further development, with a direct channel for urgent issues rather than a plain ticket form.
Yes, and it is the approach we recommend. Many of our clients start with two or three Odoo modules, then add manufacturing, e-commerce or accounting once the first uses are embedded. Because Odoo is modular, extending the scope does not mean rebuilding: existing data and configuration carry over into each new phase.
