What's the role about?
We are looking for a Digital Project Leader to join our dynamic team! At Chef Pixel, you will be leading digitization projects from qualification to delivery: you will be exposed to the entire project lifecycle. The role offers various facets such as: direct client relationship including training, hands-on Odoo implementation, coordination with technical experts. So, if you are curious, well-versed in technology, you like being hands-on while supporting end-users in digitization projects and love international teamwork, this role is for you!
Job Description
Business Development
Lead the qualification phase till commercial proposal
- Gather requirements during the discovery phase with the prospects
- Organize proof of concept demo using Odoo following our methodology
- Prepare commercial proposals based on client's needs and our recommendation to reach their goals
- Present commercial proposals with confidence and conviction
Delivery
Lead project implementation from KOM to the go-live & support phase
- Prepare project planning and handle communication aspects with the client
- Configure Odoo platform as per client's requirement
- Whenever required, liaise and work with internal technical experts for technical related tasks or Odoo configuration
- Organize training and necessary change management steps for end-users to support their transition (remotely or on-site depending on the situation)
- Support go-live period and future evolutions
Operations
- Contribute to the development of Chef Pixel attending industry events
- Provide your expertise in areas you shine - could be marketing, people, processes, etc.
- Bring your greatest spirit to our company multi-cultural environment
Graduation and skills:
- Master of Science or Engineering, Business school or equivalent.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Odoo expertise is not a must but vision about the product and ERP knowledge is required.
